
In April of 1989, a Time Magazine article carried a story about Annie Snyder, a retired Marine Captain who was battling developers that wanted to put a shopping mall on Manassas battlefield. Art director Wayne Gibson and I create a campaign that resulted in the first ever Congressional re-appropriation of public lands from a developer.
