
Once LBJ had traveled to Vietnam to address the 82nd Airborne Division. After the speech he shook a few hands and patted a few backs and headed towards a helicopter.
“Sir,” a press aide mentioned, “that’s not your helicopter.” The aide pointed in another direction, “That’s your helicopter.”
“Son,” LBJ replied, “they’re all my helicopters.”
