The next to last picture is a still of a german army news cameracrew film. This is during the Battle of the Bulge. You can see a burning M3 halftrack between the three advancing soldiers. There is a fourth soldier, in the ditch on the other side of the road. His carefree attitude more or less tells you that this is staged. After the war, the allies also found the film roll, from the camaraman who shot these pictures, and on it you can see more pictures with the building of the scene. Which does not mean that this was shot in total safety. Apparantly the guys in the picture were indeed the soldiers that fought the action that made all that mess in the background, and that less than an hour earlier.
