Bernard W. Sznycer developed this three seat single engine helicopter right after the end of World War II. The cabin was enclosed and the tail was an open scaffolding of support struts and tubing. It was propelled by a four bladed rotor. Like so many vertical travel aircraft, few caught on, not so much for lack of funds, but for lack of vision.
