Oh say what you will about the French. They have been with us since the Revolutionary War – blockade of the Chesapeake Bay , Yorktown VA , Cornwallis’ surrender ring any bells. Sure they may not “officially’ out load support us , but even today behind the scene. They are there.If I was a wine drinker I would tip a glass of their finestto them.But a beer would do .
